In the event of an alleged ethical violation
The following steps need to be considered
Any website that may be in violation of ethics codes 5.04, 5.03, 5.01 and various privacy laws concerning HIPAA and FERPA. may need to follow these steps in the event of an alleged ethical violation
If they do they do not leave a contact phone number, email, or another method of contact information, it is difficult to report them to an ethics committee which automatically makes it difficult to follow ethics code 1.04 which involves attempting to informally resolve the issue. If the website is not clearly a malicious or libelous intent, it may be possible to be a miscommunication. Since ethics concerning websites are a Media issue, I would not only consult with one’s association’s ethics committee, which follows the American Psychological Association’s ethics codes. The website does not need to be removed but if it is preventing one from following code 1.04. If I could contact the website, I would request, as instructed by the ethics code, that they correct the misuse of the work and assume that there was no intent to do harm but may have miscommunicated somehow.

It has come to my attention that someone is trying to smear my name using a fake website. I am not now and have never represented myself as a licensed psychologist and have already contacted the police to start reporting the following website. https://pomoc.nvitamin.si/sites/all/docs/page.php?e48dc4=joshua-cohen-psychologist
The Department of Justice caught the last person who tried to smear my name, and I was considered a victim of a federal crime. I am trying to handle this locally and then not escalate this to the FBI or federal level.
In the past, I have passed the FBI background checks to qualify for the Psychological Assistant position, and just yesterday, the Red Cross completed a background check on me, and I passed.
